Guests must check in at Counter C11 in the international terminal on arrival, where resort representatives will assist you and group all day visitors before boarding. The boat transfer operates on a fixed schedule, which may vary based on guest arrivals, resort logistics, and weather conditions. Typically, guests may need to wait up to 30–60 minutes for the next available transfer, as it operates in batches rather than on demand. The scenic journey takes around 45 minutes, offering views of turquoise lagoons and nearby islands along the way. Return transfers to the airport are also scheduled, and guests will be informed of the exact departure time from the resort upon arrival. It is important to arrive at the airport on time and allow some flexibility in your schedule. For guests in groups of 10 or more, a private boat transfer can be arranged free of charge, offering a more flexible and exclusive experience.
