At Follow Me To Maldives, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel a booking and receive a refund.

Standard Cancellation Policy

Unless a tour or activity specifies a custom cancellation policy, the following standard terms apply:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.
  • Within 24 hours of the start time: no refund will be issued.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Custom Cancellation Policies

Some tours and activities may have their own cancellation policies set by the tour operator. These will be clearly displayed on the tour detail page before you complete your booking. Custom policies may include:

  • Non-refundable bookings
  • Partial refunds with specific cut-off periods (e.g., 48 hours, 72 hours)
  • Flexible cancellation with full refund up to a certain date

How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel a booking, you may:

  • Log in to your account and navigate to your bookings

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Weather & Force Majeure

If a tour or activity is cancelled by the operator due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events:

  • You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to another date at no extra cost.
  • The tour operator will notify you as soon as possible of any cancellations.

Modifications

If you wish to modify your booking (e.g., change the date or number of guests), please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Modifications are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.
